Overview
Xinju was founded in 2012 and specialized in the custom-made manufacture of HVAC coils more than 10 years. Our factory is located in Dongguan city in south China. This area is globally recognized to be competitive in low cost and skillful labor. Also rich supply of all materials and subcontractors. This will benefit our customers in terms of cost and delivery time.
We design, manufacture, and test heat transfer products for the residential, industrial, and commercial air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration markets. We have various quality and specs products that could meet different market’s requirement. We offer one of the widest ranges of tube patterns in the industry. Our production capabilities are 7 mm, 7.94mm (5/16″), 9mm, 9.52 mm (3/8″), 12.70 mm (1/2″), 15.88 mm(5/8″).

1) Raw material control
At our local area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them. We have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they grarantee to supply stable quality material to us.
2) In-Process Quality Control
We have professional quality control team. We do quality inspection during production and before shipment.
We leak test every coil we ship. All coils are submerged under water and charged with between 325 – 500 PSIG dry air (depending on applicable certification).
5. Customer Complains
If any customers make quality complains, we’ll forward it to our quality team. They will report directly to our factory manager.
Usually we will hold a meeting with production, quality, engineering and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedbacks and solution.
